  • Grind 5 g of seeds, pour over purified boiling water (250 ml), leave for an hour, filter. Give the baby a teaspoon constantly before meals. The remedy prevents colic, has a carminative effect.
  • Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of seeds, close the lid, leave for 40-50 minutes, cool, drain. Take for 10 days, 70 twice a day before meals. Recommended for healthy pregnant women with flatulence.
  • Pour a teaspoon of seeds over with a glass of water. Bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes over low heat. After cooling to room temperature, filter. Take twenty minutes before meals in the morning and evening as carminative.

As a percentage, infusions from the whole green plant have less acids and essential oils, but more vitamins of different groups and microelements.
